Any person who files a complaint for foreclosure involving residential real property located within the City on which there is a building or structure shall notify the City of the filing of the foreclosure complaint with the Planning Director within ten days after the filing of that complaint with the relevant court. The notice to the City shall be on the form prescribed by the City Planning Director. (Ord. 38, 2015. Passed 8-3-15.)
