139.07 DISPOSITON OF MONEYS.

The Law Director shall pay to the Treasurer all moneys which may come into his hands belonging to the City, or by way of fines, forfeitures, costs or otherwise, and shall take the Treasurer's duplicate receipt therefor, one of which he shall file with the City Auditor.
