925.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a continuing violation occurs.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with Section 925.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
