In addition to the requirements set forth in other sections of Chapter 909, any sidewalk being constructed or repaired in the Central Business District of the City shall utilize the same pattern used for the Downtown Revitalization (Streetscape) Project as set forth in the drawings and specifications on file at the Department of Planning and Development. Said pattern shall be laid under the direction and to the acceptance of the City Director of Planning and/or City Engineer.
