783.08  DEALING WITH MINORS AND UNDESIRABLE PERSONS;  IDENTIFICATION OF MERCHANDISE.
   No person licensed under the provisions of this chapter, or his agent, servant or employee, shall directly or indirectly purchase or receive by way of barter or exchange or otherwise, any of the articles of any minor or apprentice.
   No person licensed under the provisions of this chapter, or his agent, servant or employee, shall purchase anything whatsoever from any person who is at the time intoxicated, or from an habitual drunkard, or from any person known to them to be a thief, or an associate of thieves, or a receiver of stolen property, or from any person they have reason to suspect as being such.  Nor shall any person licensed under the provisions of this chapter, or his agent, servant or employee, purchase or receive any mechanic's tool, instrument or device having upon it any initials or insignia of ownership, unless the person offering to give or sell the same shall furnish complete identification of ownership.
