749.07 TRANSFER AND DISPLAY OF ITINERANT VENDOR'S LICENSE.

No license issued under the provisions of Sections 749.01 to 749.08 shall be transferable, nor shall it be used by any person other than as named in the license. The licensee shall conspicuously display such license in his place of business so that the same may be plainly visible to the public.
