5-4-1: AMENDMENT TO FIRE PREVENTION CODE:
Insofar as the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of the fire prevention code, especially article 13 thereof, as adopted by section 5-2-1 of this title, the provisions set forth herein shall be deemed to govern. (1980 Code)
