5-1-9: LIMITS IN VICINITY OF FIRE:
The chief of the fire department may prescribe the limits in the vicinity of any fire within which no persons, except those who reside therein and firemen and policemen and those admitted by order of any officer of the fire department, shall be permitted to come. The chief of the fire department is hereby authorized to request of the chief of police or other officer in charge of the police station, a detail of policemen sufficient in his judgment therefor, who, for the time being, shall act under the instructions of said chief of the fire department or officer in command. It shall be unlawful for any person to break through or attempt to break through the limits mentioned in this section. (Ord. 63, 12-3-1945)
