4-2-1: APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS:

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all installations, extensions, additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs of gas piping, equipment and appliances on a consumer's premises from the outlet of the utility's gas meter. (Ord. 123, 9-7-1965)
