3-2-18: RIGHT OF ENTRY ON LICENSED PREMISES:
Any duly authorized representative of the council, the mayor or the chief of police shall have the right at any time to make an examination of the premises of such licensee as to whether this chapter is being complied with. (Ord. 50, 4-23-1937)
