3-2-8: STATE LICENSE PREREQUISITE:

No person, club or fraternal organization shall be entitled to a license under this chapter unless such person, club or fraternal organization shall have in respect to the same premises for which a license under this chapter is sought:

   A.   A subsisting liquor license issued under the laws of Montana;

   B.   A subsisting beer license issued under the laws of Montana; and

   C.   A subsisting beer license issued under the provisions of this code 1
