2-2-3: CERTIFICATION:

The East Helena city clerk shall certify members appointed by the city council. The certificates shall be sent to, and become part of, the records of the East Helena planning board. The mayor shall make similar certification for the appointment of citizen members. (Ord. 239, 2-17-2009)
