2-1-4: UNAUTHORIZED WARNING OR ALL CLEAR SIGNALS PROHIBITED:

No unauthorized person shall operate a siren, or other device so as to simulate a blackout signal, alert signal, take cover signal or terminate a blackout or air raid. (Ord. 108, 10-2-1961)
