1-14-2-10: CONTINGENT FUND:

The contingent fund of the city shall consist of all monies received for taxes levied for the current fiscal year to provide for the contingent and miscellaneous expenses of the city, and of all other monies now on hand and not otherwise appropriated. (Ord. 17, 10-5-1927)
