1-14-2-5: GARBAGE FUND:

The garbage fund of the city shall consist of all monies received for taxes levied for the current fiscal year to provide for the removal of garbage in the city, and of all other monies as from time to time may be transferred to the said fund by resolution of the council. (Ord. 11, 9-26-1927)
