8-3-5: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:

If any of the provisions of this chapter shall be in conflict with the rules of the public service commission, then the rules of the public service commission shall prevail. (Ord. 44, 1-2-1930; amd. Ord. 278, 12-21-2021)
