8-1-4: CONFORMANCE TO GRADE AND WIDTH REQUIRED:
All sidewalks constructed within the city shall conform to the grades and width approved and established by the council and shall be constructed of such material as shall be approved and established by the council. (Ord. 72, 10-17-1949)
