The city shall submit a monthly statement to the customer for the customer's wastewater service charge. The city shall add a penalty of one and five-tenths percent (1.5%) per month if the payment is not received by the city within thirty (30) days. Should any customer fail to pay the customer wastewater service charge and penalty within three (3) months of the due date, the city may stop the wastewater and/or water service to the property.
