7-4-6: RATE SCHEDULE:

The City shall implement and modify a fair and reasonable system of rates and charges for the municipal sewer system by resolution of the city council duly adopted after a public hearing with notice thereoff given as required by law. (Ord. 251, 5-28-2013; amd. Ord. 284, 2-7-2023)
