7-3-5: PROTECTION FROM DAMAGE:

No person(s) shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities. Any person(s) violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct. (Ord. 150, 7-20-1982; amd. Ord. 279, 4-19-2022)
