7-2-4: BULK STORAGE:

Bulk handling or storage of refuse of any character shall be subject to review by the City, and the owner or occupant of any industrial, commercial, or business establishment shall make such provisions as the City may require for the sanitary storage and collection of such refuse as may be produced in bulk.
