The council shall hold its stated meetings for the transaction of municipal business on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at such hours as shall be fixed by resolution. Special meetings may be called by the mayor, or any two (2) councilmen at any other time, the clerk on their requisition, giving reasonable notice thereof, in writing, to all the members of the council present in the city. All meetings, unless otherwise ordered for good cause, shall be held at the city hall. (Ord. 4, 9-26-1927; amd. 1980 Code; Ord. 280, 8-16-2022)
