7-1-1-8: DEPOSITS IN WATERWAYS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to dump, empty or throw manure, tin cans or other course rubbish, or any dead animals into any covered or open water ditch, flume or natural watercourse within the limits of the city. (Ord. 22, 10-12-1927)
