7-1-1-2: CELLARS, VAULTS, PRIVIES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer any cellar, vault, private drain pool, privy, sewer or ground upon any premises belonging to or occupied by him to become nauseous, foul, offensive or injurious to public health or offensive or injurious to any person. (Ord. 22, 10-12-1927)
