6-1-2: FALSE FIRE ALARMS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to negligently or maliciously turn in any fire alarm at any fire alarm box or central station, and any person so doing shall upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 63, 12-3-1945)
