5-4-8: PENALTY:

Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 206, 6-18-1996)
