No person shall operate any marina within the city without carrying general liability insurance with a minimum limit of at least $250,000 and keeping such insurance in effect whenever the marina is in use. Evidence of such insurance shall be presented to the city at the time an application for license is filed as required by § 3.101 of this chapter.
