§ 1.99 OTHER DUTIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

   The Director of Public Safety shall perform the following duties:

   (A)   Investigate the origin, cause and circumstances of all fires;

   (B)   Issue all orders necessary for the enforcement of state laws and of the provisions included in § 1.94 of this code; and

   (C)   The Public Safety Director shall be responsible for the operation, maintenance and care of all property and equipment used by the Public Safety Department.
