§ 1.32 OFFICE OF CLERK.
   (A)   This office shall be headed by the City Clerk, who shall serve as set forth in the City Charter. The Clerk shall act as Clerk of the City Commission and shall perform those duties as set forth in the City Charter.
   (B)   The Clerk shall be responsible for the publication, filing, indexing and safekeeping of all proceedings of the Commission.
