§ 4.41 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DIRECTOR. The Director of Public Works, or his or her designee.
   SIDEWALK. The portion of the street right-of-way designed for pedestrian travel.
