§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof.
      (2)   The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
      (3)   The village may revoke any permit for water service as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than $25, nor more than $750, for each violation. Each day in which any violations shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the village by reason of the violation.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating § 51.21 shall be subject to a fine not less than $50, nor more than $750, for each offense. Each day that the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
