In all subsequent years, the applicant must file a renewal application covering such vending unit. License renewals not received by January 1 shall be subject to the penalty contained within the fee and fine schedule set forth in § 37.01 of this Code of Ordinances. License renewals not received by February 1 shall require a new application.
