Within 60 days after completion of construction, the permittee shall furnish the village with two complete sets of plans, drawn to scale and certified to the village as accurately depicting the location of all telecommunications facilities constructed pursuant to the permit. The village may require that the information be provided in an electronic digitized format, the specifications of which will be determined by the village.
