§ 115.157 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE.

(A) The permittee shall submit a written construction schedule to the Village Engineer ten working days before commencing any work in or about the public ways.

(B) The permittee shall further notify the Village Engineer not less than two working days in advance of any excavation or work in the public ways.
