§ 505.01  DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (a)   No person, being the owner of or having charge of horses, mules, cattle, sheep, geese, ducks, turkeys, chickens or other fowl or animals, shall permit them to run at large anywhere within the city except upon the owner’s property.
   (b)   No person, being the owner of or having charge of any dog, whether licensed or unlicensed, shall permit it to run at large anywhere within the city except upon the owner’s property.
   (c)   AT LARGE means off the premises of the owner, and not under control by leash, cord or chain.
   (d)   No person shall take, lead or have in his or her possession any animal in any public park located within the city.
