§ 505.99 PENALTY.

The penalty for a violation of any provision of Chapter 505 shall be the same as provided in § 501.99, except that whoever violates a provision for which a waiver is permitted pursuant to § 505.06 shall be fined not less than the waiver deposit or fine authorized and established in § 505.06.
