§ 937.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 937.01 through 937.03, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (b)   Whoever violates § 937.04 shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each such violation. Every day that such violation shall continue, after a notice in writing has been served upon the owner of the lot or parcel of land upon which such violation occurs, shall constitute a separate offense.
