(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.999.
(2) Gasoline service stations. Upon conviction of violation of any provisions of §§ 115.001 through 115.020, the establishment shall be fined an amount as set by the city from time to time or the license may be revoked for a period of 30 days or the establishment may be both fined and have the license revoked. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.

(C) Any person who, or corporation which, shall violate any provision of §§ 115.050 through 115.062 or shall fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall violate or fail to comply with this chapter shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than an amount as set by the city from time to time and each day the violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
