It shall be the duty of the Health Department and/or Department of Inspection or other official designated by the Mayor to inspect or cause to be inspected every establishment licensed under the ordinance codified in this subchapter periodically. Any violation under the terms of this subchapter shall be reported to the police and a sworn complaint filed to be prosecuted in the manner prescribed for violations of city ordinances.
