§ 115.015 INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO LICENSE ISSUANCE.
   The entire premises of all automobile service stations shall be inspected for cleanliness, health hazards, safety, and welfare of the public by the Health Department and Division of Inspection before issuance of a license.
