§ 115.009 OUTDOOR PROVISIONS; MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Every gasoline service station establishment containing any outdoor provisions (for parking vehicles) to which the public is invited or which the public is permitted to use, shall be equipped with trash containers in compliance with the regulations hereof.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the person charged with or maintaining the establishment to see that it complies with the provisions hereof.
