§ 115.006 BASEMENTS PROHIBITED; FLOORING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No basement shall be permitted under any service station building.
   (B)   Floor level shall be above grade so as to prevent the flow of liquids or vapors into building.
   (C)   Floors shall be concrete.
