§ 115.004 MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   Any person, firm, or corporation maintaining or operating any storage tank or gasoline for the use of automobiles for the owner, lessees, employees, or agents of the person, firm, or corporation shall comply with all the provisions of this subchapter other than the requirement for the payment of a fee.
