§ 111.141 REGISTRATION.
   Owners/installers of existing coin-operated telephones and those wishing to install new coin-operated telephones shall register with the City Controller on forms provided by the Controller’s office which shall include information as to the current address, telephone number, and license number of the owner/installer.
