(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Coin-operated telephones installed in violation of this chapter shall be removed and confiscated within seven days notice to owners of the property upon which they are located. In addition, telephones which, although validly installed, have, in the opinion of the city, become a public nuisance, or have otherwise contributed to criminality or decay, may be removed and confiscated within 14-day written notice. Individuals and corporations guilty of a violation of the provisions of this chapter may be cited and fined an amount not to exceed an amount as set by the city from time to time for each violation. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate violation of this chapter.
