§ 111.074 PUBLIC HALL; ATTENDANCE OF POLICE OFFICERS.
   It shall be the duty of any person operating any public hall or private hall used as a public hall as defined in this subchapter for the purpose of holding public dances, receptions, and parties either upon the payment of admission fee or otherwise, to request for the duration of the function two police officers for the purpose of maintaining peace, quietude, and dignity of the function. It shall be the duty of the person or organization holding or proposing to hold the dance to make the request to the Chief of Police at least 24 hours prior to the holding of the function. It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police on presentation of the application to assign regular or special police officers to the duty. It shall be the responsibility of the owner or lessor of the public hall to state these conditions in their contract when leasing any hall for the purposes as mentioned in this subchapter.
