§ 96.036 DREDGING PERMIT.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any dredge or other machine to cut clay or dredge sand or other material from the bed or bottom of the harbor, unless the person present conducting the work has in his or her possession a permit in writing from the federal government, in which permit the location and time occupied in the work shall be specified.
   (B)   The person conducting the work shall produce the permit on demand of the Harbor Master or any of his or her assistants.
