§ 96.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

      (2)   Domesticated animals. Any person violating the provisions of § 96.010 or any owner of a domesticated animal who violates provisions of § 96.010 shall be fined in any sum not exceeding an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense.

      (3)   Loitering in Koscuisko Park. Any person violating the provisions of § 96.015 shall be fined in any sum not exceeding an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense.
