§ 96.007 BONFIRES; PICNICS.
   (A)   No person shall light or make or use any bonfire in any public park, public playground, or bathing beach without express permission of the Superintendent of Parks.
   (B)   Picnicking may be held in public parks designated for that purpose subject to the regulations of the Board of Parks and Recreation.
