§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Fire detectors and smoke detectors; residential requirements. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 92.025 shall be fined an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   Fire and smoke detectors. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.026 through 92.034 shall be fined an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (D)   Carbon monoxide detectors. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.045 through 92.052 shall be fined an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (E)   Consumer fireworks. The violation of any provision of § 92.071 shall be punished by a fine in an amount as set by the city from time to time for any subsequent violation.
